Commercial Account Executives
We have some really exciting opportunities available to join a fast growing Insurance Broker with massive growth plans for ambitious Commercial Account Executives.
The CEO of this broker has really shaken this business up since his arrival, with a real buzz around the place that this business can achieve great things. As such the CEO is looking for Account Executives who have a niche, and specialise in a particular area to help them with these ambitious plans. Of particular interest would be those working within commercial insurance selling into the following areas:-
Property, Charities, Motor Trade, Construction, Transport, Leisure as well as PI/Cyber specialists. They would also consider those working within the Agriculture space too.
They are looking for you to come on board and grow your own book of business, focusing on premiums from £5k-250k with the view to bringing over clients once your covenant expires after a year. They want ambitious and forward thinking people to join them to help them on their journey. The CEO is on hand for everyone, so there can be quick decisions and turnarounds here to help you win as much business as possible, and a superb support team in place to help you with this, including then retaining that business.
The business headcount currently stands at 25, with an impressive £20million GWP. They are all about winning quality business here, so have even recently dumped a large portion of business with poor rates and want to focus on winning business in the specialisms mentioned above.
Good packages are on offer for the right people, with Glasgow based Execs being £35-55k basic, with guaranteed basic salary increases on hitting targets, and an impressive bonus structure. They also offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a company pension between 8-10% and potential for a cash allowance instead of a company car/car allowance.
